Terms of service (summary)

Quotes are indicative until confirmed in writing. A booking deposit and signed event confirmation are required to secure date and menu. Final guest numbers must be confirmed as per the event confirmation timeline specified in the booking.

All prices are quoted in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise. Invoices are issued according to the booking schedule. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for material cost changes with notice prior to final invoice.

To the extent permitted by Australian consumer law, our liability for loss or damage is limited to resupply or refund at our discretion. Statutory consumer guarantees apply and cannot be excluded where they are inapplicable under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

  • Cancellation 14–30 days: 50% refund of deposit.
  • Cancellation <14 days: No refund for deposit; additional charges possible.
